RENEWAL OF A RESIDENCY PERMIT FOR POLICAL ASYLUM

(Art. 1 of Law 39/90 and Presidential Decree 303/04)

a) Application filled in and signed by the interested party (Modules 1 and 2 should they have an income);

b) Photocopy of the entire travel document (if available).

NOTES:

1) For a concomitant request for the renewal of the residency permit and travel document, fill in section no. 6 of form 1 attaching the relative payment slip (PDF).

2) The validity of a renewed travel document may not be longer than that of the residency permit.
